Jess Engebretson joined War News Radio in September of 2006. A senior producer and co-anchor, she has covered stories ranging from mental health in Iraq to soldier-poets in the US military to the experiences of Afghan students. When not at WNR, she can also be found reporting for the Darfur Radio Project or working with Swarthmore College’s Bosnia Project.
